Adventure:

No one finds adventure sitting on a couch. The process of training and the outcome of adhering to the process should bring about excitement! Our job is to make the process more enjoyable within the facility, and to get you to experience the opportunity and adventure those outcomes create.

Building relationships, being more than just a body in the room. Having influence that carries outside of the facility and into the lives of those we serve.

Challenge:

Equipping others to step outside of their comfort zone in order to achieve. This means building others up, being there to guide along, not force along. It means working to change the mindset of our members, rather than just working to achieve numbers on a scale.

MEET OUR OWNER

HOGAN POLLIER

OWNER/PERFORMANCE COACH

Hogan Pollier has been working in the industry since 2008. He graduated Springfield College with a degree in Exercise Science, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Understanding the value of corrective exercise within a well balanced training program, Hogan is also a functional movement screen specialist. He integrates this into his training programs to ensure clients are able to move properly and movement imbalances or asymmetries are addressed.

Hogan has lots of experience working with athletes at every level, military, and normal populations. A former athlete and outdoorsman himself, Hogan is extremely passionate about using exercise as a means to improve overall performance and quality of life. He has helped hundreds of others to lose weight, gain strength, rehab injuries, and improve other qualities imperative to performance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We do not currently offer open gym memberships. Due to our limited facility space, and our dependence on that space to run pre-planned sessions, we restrict facility use to those only involved in our training programs.

You must be at least 13 years of age in order to participate in any of our programs.
