SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our small group program allows us to customize 100% to your goals, needs and abilities. These sessions are limited to 5 people. Less people in the room means more eyes on you. All of our participants are closely assessed, and reassessed to ensure goals and expectations are being met and any and all obstacles are being handled.

TEAM TRAINING

Our Team Training program is perfect for those who enjoy the energy of training alongside others in a large group atmosphere. Always lead by our Performance Coaches, participants will engage in an overall performance based training program. Attention is given to strength, power, mobility, flexibility and conditioning. If your goals involve getting stronger, losing weight, or improving overall performance then this program will get you there.

SPORT PERFORMANCE

This program is for the high school/collegiate athlete. Our Performance Coaches take the guess work out of the latest training fads and deliver what works. We get our athlete’s strong and fast. We do this without hurting them. And we do this in a manner which allows them to go out and perform at their best level. Attention is given to establishing quality of movement, and then building upon that movement with strength. We cover all variables pertaining to performance, including proper warm-up, speed and agility, power and strength training, conditioning, and recovery.
