“I was fifty years old. I enjoyed walking and occasionally jogging short distances. My children were teenagers and were almost self-sufficient. Then, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It was time I started taking care of myself. Though I’ve never been very athletic, I realize the importance of routine exercise for both body and mind. So I took the first scary step. I talked to Hogan. He asked me thoughtful questions about what I wanted to gain from coming to Driven. I told him “I don’t expect to be an Olympian, but I do expect to better myself, get stronger and build stamina.” Since joining Driven I have bettered myself physically as I expected. But Drive has given me so much more than physical benefits in some unexpected ways. I know much of my achievements senior year of high school were direct results of working with the coaches at Driven. They are very knowledgeable and inventive with their exercises so that you find muscles (for days) you didn’t know existed. Second of all the atmosphere is great!
